It was clean, felt safe and we were able to park outside the room. The man at check was absolutely lovely and gave us excellent meal recommendations, suited to us being a family of 4 and we took him up on it. I always stay here, as I'm usually travelling with kids between Queensland and Sydney over Christmas to visit family and I often have a late check in and early check out and I've always been so happy with the services. Cleanliness and safety are most important to me and I receive both and bentleigh every time.

I think I stayed at this motel in the early 1970s with parents in an up stairs room. The room we stayed has been updated and reflects what you would expect in a motel today. The motel did warn about possible noise at night from the highway but it was not an issue for us. When the Coffs Harbour bi-pass is finished, traffic noise should not be an issue to anyone. The motel is centrally located with a hotel next door for evening meals.

Service/owner had great communication and thr little things made the difference. He was so gracious in answering questions, helping with instructions, and was warm in helping with the laundry facility. Even turned the heater on knowing we were getting in late. Old fashioned service. Well done.

The hotel is located on the main road and virtually in the center of town. The check in by the owner was simple and quick and he was friendly and personable, offering us some dining options for dinner upon our check in. We found our room to be very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The Bentleigh is right next door to a nice hotel that served great meals.

Hayden and Rod were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds super comfortable. The location was fantastic, just minutes walk to numerous restaurants, two pubs and a club. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Hayden and Rod.

It was right off the motorway, so the location was very convenient. It served the purpose as we wanted a place to stay en route to Gold Coast.

We have stayed there before and found everthing good but this time we just found it better. The man in the office was very helpful with his advice and where to go for Dinner and his choice was spot on. Ww will be back for sure
